Overall good experience. Reception desk and restaurant hours aren’t ideal though. I had to call them to check out early in the morning because the reception desk opens at 8:30am and breakfast starts at 9:00am.

Prettige ontvangst van zeer vriendelijk personeel. De studio voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en was praktisch en stijlvol ingericht. Het ontbijt een feestje, net als de gevulde koelkast. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Unieke plek op een landgoed aan de rand van de stad en met prive terras aan de Maas. Zeer ruime, origineel ingerichte kamer met kitchenette met oa Nespresso koffie. Er is geen restaurant of ontbijtzaal, maar het uitgebreide en luxe ontbijt wordt geserveerd in een picknickmand. Bij mooi weer zijn er buiten prachtige plekjes om de dag goed te beginnen. Bij het naastgelegen restaurant kan je goed eten op een steenworp afstand.

Fantastisch landgoed met heerlijk ontbijt

Het is een fantastisch landgoed met vele leuke plekjes om te borrelen of ontbijten; vooral als het mooi weer is. De minibar was lekker gevuld met water, fris, bier en wijn. Heerlijk om na een nachtje slapen, de ontbijtmand te ontvangen. Deze was vol met flesje prosecco, lekkere sapjes, yogurt, fruit, eitje en verse broodjes, croissants en andere zoetigheden. De kamer in het Koetshuis was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien met een fijn bed. Extra pluspunt: gratis parkeren voor de deur.

Locatie en omgeving zijn perfect. Het gebouw is mooi. Maar aan de kamer zijn een paar dingen op te merken. Het doucheputje liep niet door en de thermostaatkraan van de douche draaide zichzelf automatisch heter waardoor douchen een opgave was. Ook misten we een plekje om douchespullen neer te leggen. Dit misten we ook bij de wastafel, met ook geen goeie plek om je handdoek op te hangen. Wij zijn naar de receptie geweest voor het douche putje en de kraan, waarbij gezegd werd dat er naar gekeken zou worden. Echter kon aan de kraan nog niets gedaan worden. Door het putje zou ontstopper gedaan zijn, maar het heeft helaas niets geholpen. Het leek ook alsof er al een tijdje niet schoongemaakt was, gezien er een dood insect hing aan de muur die echt niet te missen was. Deze hing er ook nog steeds na de tussentijdse schoonmaak. Er werd aangegeven dat dit doorgegeven zou worden en dat er de volgende dag voor iets van compensatie gekeken kon worden. Dit is ook niet gebeurd. Het kasteel is mooi, het ontbijt in de mand is echt onwijs lekker en leuk, maar dit heeft onze ervaring wel minder gemaakt.

Mooi gelegen aan de Maas, in een groene omgeving. Helaas zijn de fietsen alleen tussen 9:00 en 17:30 te reserveren/gebruiken, te laat als je 8:50 in het MECC moet zijn, en niet praktisch als je ‘s avonds iets wil eten in de stad. Appartement was ruim en goed verzorgd, kussens te dik (geen alternatief en receptie is dicht na 17:30). Ramen kunnen niet open, erg jammer. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en werd op mijn verzoek eerder gebracht, heel fijn. Alleen waren de schilders buiten toen ook al aanwezig, glurend door het raam en met schuurmachines…Verder graag meer elektrische oplaadpunten/parkeerplaatsen creëren, 1 is te weinig als je niet kan reserveren.

Mooi landgoed

Het was leuk om weer te kunnen vertoeven op een landgoed. Echter doet het lawaai van de events erg af aan de sereniteit van de omgeving. Om zulke luxe te willen geven zijn detail als meerdere kussens, degelijk wc papier, een nette kamer (onze keuken stond vol lege flesjes), afwasmiddel om te kunnen afwassen echt wel zaken die verwacht worden. De kamer was niet erg proper, erg veel spinnenwebben, haren in de douche en zelf dode wespen op de slaapkamer.

Prachtg monumentaal gebouw in een rustige omgeving met mooie tuinen en dito uitzicht. Het bed was ok. De regendouche op de badkamer heel fijn. Ik miste alleen een waterkoker op de kamer. Heet water voor thee uit de koffieautomaat was niet echt lekker met koffiesmaak. Het naast gelegen restaurant was niet echt gastvrij, zonder reservering konden we vertrekken. Nu heeft Maastricht met zn diversiteit in de vele restaurants dat helemaal goed gemaakt. Aanrader is het uiterst gastvrije Chalet Bergrust bij de St. Pieter.

Prima overnachting en service bij aankomst prima. Kamer viel zeer tegen, veel spinnenwebben, handdoeken om de buizen van het bad en wasbak (vermoedelijk vanwege lekkage), een rommelhoek met kerstspullen (die had op slot moeten zitten) en zeer verschenen rolgordijnen die met klerenhangers dicht werden gehouden. Ook bleek er onduidelijkheid, vanuit Expedia, te zijn over het bijgeboekte ontbijt. De receptioniste bij aankomst hielp ons echter perfect en bood een luxere kamer aan in het kasteeltje zelf. Dat was een hele mooie kamer met mooi balkon, kijkend op de Maas. Ook hier mag echter meer aandacht zijn voor alle spinnenraggen zijn.

De reservering van expedia was al niet doorgekomen, daarom wist het nette meisje achter de receptie even niet wat te doen! Overboekt dus! Kregen de zolderkamer op 38 tredes hoog, nette kamer, maar ontbijt op de kamer. Geen ontbijt buffet in het gezellige ontbijtzaaltje met oude open haard! Er werd ook verbouwd, graafmachientjes in de weer! Totaal misleidende site dus! Receptioniste was zeer behulpzaam en maakte er het beste van! Geen leuke overnachting als je iets te vieren hebt!

Delux gebucht - Standard bekommen

Das größte Problem lag in der Kommunikation. Delux Suite auf Grund einer Empfehlung gebucht, nur Standardzimmer bekommen. Trotz vorheriger Kontaktaufnahme, in der man dies hätte klären können, kam es zu dieser unangenehmen Überraschung vor Ort. Mein Bruder fragte vorher telefonisch nach Fahhrädern für uns. Als wir vor Ort waren, waren sie nicht verfügbar, Zimmer war schön, Bett sehr weich, Licht in der Toilette so super hell, so dass man Nachts, nach einem Toilettengang hellwach war.
