"The room was ok. The Mattress on the beds was shocking and needs to be thrown out . You could feel the springs and it was uneven affecting the sleep quality. Soft sagging some places and firmer in the middle . They also had notice there that rooms are only cleaned every 3 days so this may affect people staying more than a day. You cannot also get towels etc after 6.30pm "

"Staff went into my room when I was out the first night I was there some man was yelling and screaming for over 2 hours and the staff didn't do a thing about it and then he started again at 5.45am in the morning not a good stay"

"Room was clean and spacious; hotel is in a good location. Biggest problem is, the hotel is used by charities to house homeless people on a temporary basis so it can be somewhat noisy overnight. Can walk to supermarket, 200 metres, and the Dandenong market with fresh foods and clothes etc. Check in staff were fast and helpful."

"Greeted by manager who took lots of time to make recommendations for places to visit around Melbourne. The apartment was clean and well cared for. Met all of our expectations! Highly recommend. "

"Rooms is clean and modern, staff that I interact with were all very professional, so why 3 stars, simply for the facilities in the hotel this is seriously over priced for what it is, this isn't a hotel in the cbd, or next to an arena that had a big concert, it's in the middle of a business park with nothing remotely near and to charge $250 a night for a hotel that doesn't even have basic amenities (for a hotel the standard of a Hyatt) such as a swimming pool, sorry but too much"

"extra charge for parking onsite after arrival . remote for tv had no rear cover so had to firmly hold battery in place or didnt work . toilet seat was melted and rough . Soap dispenser was on floor of shower not on wall it had been broken off before my arrival . staff were rarely in reception during times advertised so very hard to ask for fixes . I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN ibis had been a fair place to stay previously in nsw vic ( dandenong) but not anymore after this eye opener . IBIS has failed ."
