We stayed here twice. Once at the start of a holiday and on the way home. It is currently under construction so dining room was closed during the first stay but this stay we had a nice breakfast in the morning before we left for the airport. Clean rooms and enough space for the 3 of us.

We called in to drop a family member at LYS. Unlikely setting but once inside the reception was friendly and our rooms were comfortable and in good condition and fine for a short stay. Dinner and breakfast were good. Easy access to the airport and routes beyond.

This was a great stay for a young family and a great stop over for our long drive. The family suite was spacious and clean. The pool, bowling, games room, table tennis were perfect to keep the kids entertained for hours. I wouldn’t recommend as a base to explore Lyon as it’s in the middle of an industrial estate and quite far out of the city centre. The lack of restaurant food wasn’t convenient, but the pizza served was nice and Uber eats delivered to the hotel.

Staff is wonderful. Overall property is great, has a lot of recreational amenities for kids and adults. Sufficient parking and room is spacious (family suite for family of 4). It is in an industrial area so ensure your expectations are set. We knew that based on other reviews and were okay to do the 10-15 mins drive to restaurants, Boulangerie, grocery store and laundry services. We also had dinner at a nearby restaurant (Sisi). Food was good but service was terrible. Worst service we had during our trip given we dined out every night in Nice, Annecy, Lyon and Chassieu. Good restaurants are plentiful in France. This place we could have skipped if I had know the service was so bad. They put us in the back of the restaurant next to the parking lot and kitchen given we had a reservation and there were available tables in the main patio area. Cannot help to think they were discriminating as we were the only minority in the restaurant. Just not a pleasant feeling and the waitress we had that evening was absolutely horrible. We had better service at McD.

Nice hotel, staff lovely and very dog friendly, our dog is very gentle and was allowed everywhere we went in the hotel, including the breakfast room. The room was nice, it had a sliding partition for our teenage daughter's privacy. Massive shame that the bar/restaurant was closed. Fantastic deep bath and comfy bed. Breakfast was very basic but still not bad and did have a decent selection... will definitely be coming back!

Restaurant and bar should be open

I think that a hotel claiming to be four stars shouldn't close its restaurant and bar all weekend. There is very little close by and we would have spent plenty had there been anything. We had an email saying the restaurant would be closed but that the bar would be open. In the event neither was availble. The bath was rather grotty in our room, bits of plaster peeling etc.
