"We asked to change our room. Our neighbors were noisy like I never met. Weren’t able to use balcony. Have to sleep with closed window. Hotel was empty, but they say that this is only till tomorrow. As I understand they didn’t want to take even little trouble. Spoiled vacation. Rather shabby, too."

"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. However the owner and staff of "The White Cabins - View" did an amazing job of moving reservations and accommodating our family on this international trip. "Very nice hotel...but b/c it was off-season, breakfast was delivered and served to your room...which you would of thought was nicer. In truth, the breakfast in the dining room is much grander and lavish with more variety. Even though the breakfast delivered to our room was a generous portion of assortments, some of the items were not fresh. Also - the parking situation is unacceptable. For such a high class hotel with premium rates, parking at the hotel should be complimentary. Instead, there is paid parking close to the hotel or free parking further away from the hotel...disappointing! Aside from the food and parking situation, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very polite and helpful."
