"The hotel was nice and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. There is no air-conditioning and the weather was hot, so the room was uncomfortable. The second day we asked forva fan, and they brought us a small one that was partially broken, butbit did help. The location was fine, on a main square, close to the restaurants, but a 8-10 minute walk to the teain station, our primary transportation. They had a wonderful breakfast available, and the restaurant was quite good for dinner...
"Excellent, very helpful staff. A super room (we were upgraded) with sinks in the large bedroom and the WC. Up-to-date, but with beautiful wood joinery. Fine breakfast, with a gluten-free option. Elevator and library and a good location a few hundred yards from the main square. No restaurant, but there are many others nearby, including at their partner Hotel Romantic Santis on the main square. Has a same-day laundry service. Only drawback is lack of parking, but you can stop in front to load and...

"Excellent location just on the edge of old town. Easy walkability to everywhere, 10 minutes from train station. Apartment is clean, beautiful, and so many windows were helpful to keep it cool in hot weather. Would stay here again! "
"Wir waren an einem Sonntag da, an dem in St Gallen leider alles geschlossen hatte, auch Restaurants, die Stadt wirkte wie ausgestorben. Das Hotel war aber super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach St Gallen würden wir nicht noch einmal reisen, aber das liegt nicht an dem Hotel. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Fabrikstil und der Wellnessbereich, alles sehr sauber und modern."
