"Was clean and all the amenities you need when away from home. The staff were very nice!"

"The rooms were very dirty stained carpet, broken wood under the fridge , cracked sink .The breakfast was very messy food was thrown on plates that were tilting over no regular coffee was available only decaf and there was still 30 mins before breakfast ending. I had to switch rooms at 11 pm no a.c in my room .The water in the lobby was gross. Lobby smells like pool chlorine very strong odor in the rooms too I had to buy febreeze. I was very disappointed in the brand Hyatt I expected better."

"Very quiet location with some dining options within walking distance. Convenient to highways for easy travel. Good breakfast with some hot choices. Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for help. She did move me to a different room eventually but that was her only recourse. Bottom line: not a luxury hotel but nice enough if you don’t have issues that need to be resolved."

"This was a great convenient place to stay for our sisters shopping trip!!! It was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay there every trip!!!"
