"When I read previous reviews I thought they were referring to another hotel. I understand that Switzerland is very expensive and the location of the hotel is excellent. However, the hotel falls short. I was under the impression that climate control meant air-conditioning. I was wrong, the room was hot and there were no options to cool it but open a window to the loud street noise and traffic. The breakfast was disappointing. For two of the three days, there was no fruit, zero! Warm yoghurt, scrambled eggs like rubber, very limited options. Room cleaning was also not up to standard expected of a 4 star (mould in the shower). Staff were ok but no-one stood out. Its been a very long time since we stayed in a hotel without a fridge in the room. I could go on and on."

"10/10! Stunning property, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast . Stellar location. Very happy with this hotel. We got here very early and were so jet lagged . Fell asleep in the second floor lounge area and the front desk staff came to find us and tell us our room was ready so we could go have a nap . Room was clean. Little treat on our bed and some nespresso coffee. Shower was lovely, room is soundproofed from the noise of downtown. Blackout shades as well for a nice sleep. Fan to cool off if needed but we ended up opening the window while we slept for some fresh breeze. Breakfast had a very good variety, better than the other hotels I’ve been staying at along my journey. The staff went out of their way to ensure whatever we needed we had and If we wanted something they offered ways to give it to us . You won’t be disapppinted staying here !"

"Hi we had a nice stay but one of the reception team was very rude with me. I asked her about the wifi setup she asked me to follow the steps which I did and got stuck on one of the part. She asked let me do it for you and grabbed my phone and said some people do not know how to use tech and then handed me the phone and threw the paper in the table. She was very unprofessional. Apart from that everything was good. Breakfast team were awesome, they were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was ok too. Rooms were small and it was difficult for us with 2 kids but manageable. "The main cafeteria room was not available to go eat in during restaurant operation, there was not really anywhere to eat or heat our lunch (maybe it is only because we took the "cell" room but nonetheless...). The room itself lacks a couple of things, first is shower and toilet privacy with semi translucide walls, the steps to get on top of bunk beds are so small that it hurts your feet, the window is too high for a normal person to be able to access it and open or close it... Good idea but implementation is to be revisited..."

"El staff de recepción chévere pero el del desayuno no muy simpático. Los cuartos son minimalistas con muy poco espacio para guardar ropa y efectos personales. El restaurante sólo ofrece desayuno. La localización es excelente, cerca de todo."
