"We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful historic hotel. Use the local (clean and prompt) bus system to get back up the hill in the evenings if touring the town. (the #14 bus!). The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant without being in your way. We would absolutely stay at the Royal Luzerne again, and recommend to others to do the same."

"The rooms were small, but other than that it was all we needed, the breakfast was great and got our day started, very clean but only a place to sleep, the buss you need from the train station is number 4, it is out front of the station and runs ever 10 min, they are on time,"
