Dear Michelle, I am very sorry about your recent experience at our hotel. I am glad to see that the room and cleanliness was up to standard but our philosophy here is we lead with service. I am going to be getting with our front desk staff today to figure out what happened and where we dropped the ball and to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Sometimes some of our front desk staff can get a little distracted, but for any of our staff to be rude to one of our guests is inexcusable.
