"Hotel offers a shuttle- but I was not told it was only going to one area at night(or day?) that would require taking the tram to another terminal and then walking through to find correct door. I had called the week before to inquire what I needed to do when I arrived since I had a late flight. This was not mentioned. I chose this hotel due to proximity of airport and the free shuttle. I ended up taking a taxi as I have a back injury and did not have the lengthy walk etc in me. The location is near airport , so the area is what you would expect. Upon arrival ( near midnight) it was a little concerning the size of the hotel that is basically like a motel with multiple building all accessed from outside or steps outside. It did not use the safety I would have preferred as a female solo traveler and no car to drive up in front of room. The front desk did give me a room on first level as close to office. I honestly for the price would not recommend."

"The property is beautiful. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and give you clean towels. They do have a restaurant and bar on the property, There’s a bar by the pool as well. The staff are nice and helpful. There is a shuttle that takes you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. Shockingly there are a lot of places in that 2 mile radius. I seen small bugs on the counter in the bathroom. That was my only concern. Everything else was great. I took my son for his 15th birthday, next time i go it will be with my S.O. It’s a beautiful hotel, it looks just like the photos."

"We stayed there twice, a week apart on our way to and from California. The hotel was disgusting. The rooms smelled of stale coffee, the bathroom grout was full of mold. The ice machine can’t have been cleaned ever because we were pulling out cubes filled with black mold and sludge. The breakfast wasn’t any better. The scrambled eggs were burnt and wet. There was a puddle of condensation at the bottom of the eggs… plus the turkey sausage was so dry the skin was pulling from the meat and it tasted like it was about to go rancid. Very poor quality hotel. No interest in ever visiting again. Yuck!"
