"The only comlaint is about the airport shuttle service and front desk attenton to the phone. The van does not stop at every terminal every time and the front desk does not answer the calls. Otherwise all was very good."

"Very convenient, very clean, helpful front desk staff, beautiful and quiet room. Used their airport shuttle from the airports and back during my layover. AMAZING 24-hr bistro in the lobby with bakery, sandwiches, entries, plus fresh food you can carry onto your flight. Also. Starbucks. Will definately stay here again"
