This is always our fav spot to stay at. The hotel is great, staff awesome. It is in the perfect location for everything you do and in walking distance to downtown Burbank and the malls. You'll always need to rent a car when in and around LA/Burbank but the best spot. If you need a place to book do it. They serve a good breakfast and you are also close to the best breakfast place anywhere in Charlie and Friends. Book you stay at the Residence Inn, you'll enjoy it.

Extremely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Especially appreciated the many restaurants and shops within walking distance. This is a relaxed community and felt safe walking to local restaurants. The pool area included gas grills and a gas fire pit. I will definitely stay here again!

Property is well maintained, clean floors/carpet, clean and spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Nice pool, workout room. Only drawback is that it's located next to the 5 fwy, which can be convenient for travel/transportation, but also lacks a city vibe, but does have restaurants within walking distance.

This is our 4th year/time staying here & we love it. The staff is so pleasant and helpful at all times. We stayed again for a week and have no complaints. Breakfast spread in morning is great and plenty of options for adults & kids. Love that you can walk to restaurants, mall, movie theater etc. it’s so convenient and I always recommend them to everyone that asks. Thank you again for a great worry free week.

Happy stay

I had a great experience with the Marriott. It was exactly what i expected and much more. The staff was great the food was good. Walking distance from downtown burbank witch was very convenient. I'll be coming back soon!

The room was impressively furnished, and very clean. The service was great as far as we needed it. Parking was convenient, and I paid $28 after tax per day to park at the hotel. The pool looked nice and clean, however, my girlfriend and I never made it down there. We used YouTube and Netflix on the smart TV, and it was awesome how the TV could swivel around. Our kitchen area had a couple stove burners, which I did not see in the listing and it would have been nice to plan cooking meals with them. The kitchen area was great, nonetheless, the full-size fridge has a little icemaker in the freezer. Overall, I was very, very happy with the room and I look forward to coming back from our excursions every day.
