Ii couldn't sleep party neighbor, front neighbor , two nights in arrow from 9 pm Until 6 am, no stop!!!, the location is good! Ammenities Dryer not working, raining days at lax travel back with some wet clothes.no hair dryer.furnitures and lamps not in good shape.

Enjoyable stay in DTLA

I had a great stay, the rooftop is amazing, it's close to the bars/ restaurants, the bed was comfortable and the shower is clean. Full kitchen with great coffee.

It's my second time here, and I don't want to recommend about this place bc if more people come they will raise their prices, which as for now are very reasonable and it's much better then a hotel room in my opinion. Full kitchen, washing machine, clean fun and comfortable. Don't come here, I want availability and the same price on my next visit here ;) .

Really enjoyed the stay! Home was very clean and quiet! Rooftop pool is great place to relax! Gym has a variety of equipment. Check in and check out was very simple and easy! no problems at all throughout the stay everything went smooth! Definitely plan to book here again!

It's a "one off" but comfortable

It was a little tough finding the entrance. Matheus was readily available to meet me in the entrance and assist with the room and its amenities. There's restaurants within walking distance and I would consider staying there again.

The apartment itself is nice. It’s roomy and accommodating. Our family of five had plenty of space to sleep, cook, eat and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. However, the traffic outside is so loud. We heard people yelling from the streets, cars driving and backfiring and inexplicable banging noises at literally all hours of the night. Parking is in a lot behind the building and is only $12/day, but it expires at 6am, so we had to get up early every morning to pay for the day. The building is old, so the hot water took literally an hour to warm for a shower in the bathroom with 2 sinks. The other bathroom seemed fine. The building itself seems pretty quiet. We didn’t really see any other tenants. The rooftop access is really nice. There are pools, fire pits, a gym, ping pong table, foosball, grills, and a nice city view. All in all, it was a comfortable stay, close to Universal Studios, The Broad Museum, Angels Flight, shopping, dining and the freeway.

This is not a regular hotel. There is no lobby check-in, no room cleaning, no room service, no hotel sign. The address is very confusing: The actual entrance is not what is shown on Expedia nor Google Maps, and is around the corner from the listed address. There is no outside sign to help us. When we got in, there is no person at lobby. The manager got out of elevator 5 minute later. The manager wanted us to text him, no phone call. But he often does not get back, the quickest reply is 30 minutes later. I guess he stays somewhere 45 minutes away from the property. After he texted me that he was coming, he showed up 45 minutes later. The WIFI instructions were wrong. We could not make it work. The manager helped on that. The bathroom lacks storage place. No countertop, no wall cabinet, no shelves next to the sink. The kitchen faucet water lines were connected wrong. hot and cold got reversed. The rooms are clean. Weekend nights are noisy. The loud noise on Saturday night lasted until 3am.

Amazing Stay

I had an amazing stay at OneLuxStay HWH Downtown. The suite was very nice, roomy and comfortable. The unit was spotless upon arrival. The rooftop pool is great for relaxing and hanging out. And the communication was very timely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Affordable and convenient. Parking not ideal but not a major problem. Check out process leaves room for problems. Take pictures and video with time stamp on how you leave the place to avoid any issues.

Apartment was nice. Smelled like piss when entering the property, nice rooftop but no smoking at the top so lame we already not smoking in the apartment now we can’t smoke on the rooftop is insane. Would I go back probably not nor would I recommend staying there.
