The outside of the property is very nice. The room was outdated, and lack of maintenance. The seal between the toilet base and tank was loose. Everytime we flushed the toilet, it squirted out water onto the bathtub. We had to slightly lift up the door and push a little hard, to get it to close (Misaligned). But, the staff was very nice.

Well....let's begin. What was nice. The check-in was nice and friendly. The breakfast was good and clean. The lighting of the parking lot felt safe. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Now, what needs help. Staying here reminded me of a great concert when I was younger....but when you go see the same band at a State Fair later in life, they just aren't what you remember and have aged. This hotel reminds me of that, aged and just needs help. The hallways were dingy and felt dirty. The elevators were dirty and poorly lit. Once in the room, the paint had chips, black mold in the bathroom, and the curtains had holes. Everything just had a garage sale find feel to it. But best part....was the cockroach crawling out of my toiletry bag, (yes where my toothbrush and makeup is), when we got back to the room last night. I have always found LaQuinta to be a great value and refreshing. This visit to this sinking ship really put a doubt in my mind about future stays with any LaQuinta.

Outlet for TV broken so no way to watch. Hair drier did not work. Some lack of cleanliness on bathtub floor. Minor maintenance issues in room had not been addressed. Staff were professional and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

The stairs smell like urine here and there’s 8 floors and only one elevator which means long wait times. The bed squeaks and it’s a spring bed, so not very comfortable at all. The door to our bathroom has no door knob and the phone to call main desk was disconnected. Our neighbors were getting high all night and it was coming through the vents. Went to the front desk to let someone know and waited 10 mins and no one ever came. We left a day early.

Good value for the price, however the property needs renovation and TLC. The carpet in the hallways is dirty and needs serious cleaning. The room inside was neat and the bed is comfy and sheets are clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The staff is responsive and pleasant.

So, I chose this location from your site due to price. I know that price usually dictates my concerns, but this far exceeded that, in my opinion. When I entered to check in, there was a sign up saying "Be Back In 10 Minutes" (no time listed as to when that sign was placed), I waited longer than 20 minutes, the gal showed up and did apologize, but still the sting didn't change. Everything is old and worn or damaged. The hallway carpets are filthy, to the point of gross. I found hair in the bed that was not mine..., the list goes on. I suppose you get what you pay for! From this point on, I will never pass through their doorway.

Our stay was great! On our way out we went downstairs to have some breakfast. I noticed that the breakfast bar had not been refilled. I asked the front desk to let the kitchen know to please refill. Without question, the young lady at the desk said yes! and they got to it and refilled the breakfast are again. Thank you!

My room had a few ants and roaches, expecially in the bathroom. The toilet seat is cheap plastic, not suitable for commercial use. The entrance from the parking lot on the west side is dirty and uninviting. Being pet friendly is one thing, but having to listen to the dogs endlessly barking was quite another. The poicy should include requiring that guests control their pets. The hotel a good value, but I expected more from La Quinta.
