The inside of the hotel looks better than the rooms. The rooms haven’t been renovated but they told us they were. Housekeeping forgot to provide service on multiple occasions.

Although this property supposedly underwent a recent renovation, it still felt tired. The indoor pool looked disgusting. I won’t be going back.
I did appreciate the security guard in the basement parking garage.

Toilet was venting sewer gas and it was not fixed even after talking to front desk staff. We ran out of toilet paper and clean towels because our room was not cleaned for 3 days.
Bathroom vents were dusty.
Breakfast staff were excellent and friendly and food was good.

I really enjoyed this hotel it was close to the airport and they gave me no problem checking in or out … I can’t wait so I could come back to this hotel and enjoy their free breakfast

Left me at the airport for 2 hours after calling for a shuttle told me they were gonna comp my meal for it and they did not do that. Staff is terrible.

the receptionist had an attitude, like we were alarmed about the $44 parking for the night, but she was like well then park on the street then, like i get that but the delivery boy was something. we didnt stay long enough to rate the other things, just a quick trip.

The hotel itself was good. But I booked this hotel specifically because it had a shuttle from the airport. What they don’t tell you is that it stops at 11pm til 4am. Our flight landed at 10:50, so we missed the last shuttle. I called the hotel and they wouldn’t help us out, so we had to pay $80 for a taxi to take us less than 1 mile.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Only complain is the amount of time we waited for their shuttle. We waited 45 minutes for it to arrive

Its easy access to the airport, as well as transportation …..it’s great that they have a restaurant.

Blanket for pull out was like foam, very rough. We thought we were getting a 2 bedroom but i guess 2 room means 1 bedroom and pull out couch.

I was kinda okay when I got there because I was on the 4th floor and I have Acrophobia and had no idea that was my room number and it have narrow halls and area is not closed in. I called desk first person said we sold out so we don’t know what else to do but issue you a refund. wth? Then someone nicely called and said I could stay in a lower level room on 2 which wasn’t as bad. Every thing there is expensive. Limited bar. Breakfast is not good very bland. Room service horrible. Room temperature freezing like you in jail…ordered more blankets and they NEVER came. The hotel is Not near nothing but a warehouse. Parking garage old and we feared busting a pipe driving in with a big SUV. WiFi horrible never could keep television on the right station it blanked off! Couldn’t view room bill on TV because the buttons on remote didn’t work. Card electronic keys locked us out of room and we had to wait on maintenance to come and it took forever and we had a kid and our take out food got cold and got colder when we finally entered cold room!!! this our Last time staying at any embassy suites!!! It’s hard to believe Hilton own them. Hilton is usually a VERY nice hotel!

Received a handicap room, had 3 children only 2 towels in bathroom for 5 people. The toilet did not work. Staff unfriendly at check in. Did not request handicap room. Very no no sleep

Front desk was supposed to call me when room was ready. They didn't. Goog thing i checked an hour and a half later, standing in line twice. Room was supposed to be smoke free. Bedroom reaks of Marijuana. Not happy.
