"We were on a Roadtrip. We wanted something without the fuss but be a hub for our activities at North Conway. This hotel did all that but also provided a little extra something you knew you could come back to (a bar, pool and free s’mores around the fire pit). Fabulously modern, clean and in just the right spot. Will be returning."

"Excellent motel, close to downtown Conway. Great customer service, manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, after a day of motorcycle riding under the rain. He offered to put our clothes in his dryer, which was a huge help, instead of having to call a taxi to get to the closest laundry station in town. THANK YOU SO MUCH, SIR. "
"Our stay was welcomed by friendly staff. We had a Mountain View room which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for future trips to North Conway. "
"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "
