"I very much lived the professional and efficiency of the staff at the reception desk. Check-in literally took no more than two minutes. My room was in perfect order, and the hotel's Wi-Fi system was fast and reliable. The morning breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wide selection of European and Chinese dishes, juices, tea and coffee. "This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. The hotel claims it is a 5 star but the room service menu is a joke. The food is hust bad. And the inviting feeling to foreigners it once had with English speaking employees, currency exchange service, ann ATM on premises and a room service menu loaded with foreign options, there are...
