"There were a few issues upon arrival. The room was unlocked which was odd. It has a coded door lock but when you leave it does not automatically lock so you have to remember to manually lock it. Same for when you’re in the room. Although there was a window AC unit, there was still central AC that was only controlled by the front desk. So it was freezing in the room and I had to ask the front desk several times to either turn it down or off. The lobby area is always locked so if you want to go to the kitchen or get coffee you have to hope someone is there to buzz you in. I’ve stayed at these boutique-ey type properties before but this one just kind of missed the mark. Maybe a few tweaks to how they do things will help them in the future. That all said, it’s got a great location food, coffee etc. close by. And after the all the check in problems the staff comped my parking so that was great."
