"Hotel/casino was beautiful and opulent, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. Think it’s time to replace the mattress! Otherwise, the staff were fab!"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we were given was profoundly dirty – the bathtub was unclean, the carpet was stained, and the bedding was also filthy. The front desk staff seemed surprised that we received such a room, and after being moved to another, it was also used and not cleaned. They explained it by saying they were short-staffed and fully booked, but I had made the reservation online the day before, so this excuse was not acceptable. After I asked for the manager, he was shocked, went upstairs to fix it, but when we returned, the room was still just as dirty. I do not understand how they can accommodate guests in such filthy, smelly rooms. We stayed just four hours and left, as it was unbearable – we couldn’t even lie down."

"Check in went smoothly. Our room was clean and well-supplied. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods and it was replenished throughout the time frame. In fact, breakfast remained open for 15 minutes after the end time. The evening staff was very accommodating. We were brought freshly popped corn one evening by the front desk employee. We are planning to stay there again on our return trip. "

"Plugs did not work water damage on the ceiling. Had to move rooms. Second room plugs still didn’t work and my husband had to fix it to get it to work as we did not want to move rooms again. You can see where they sprayed kills to cover the mold. The wall had a hole in it where they painted over it to try to hide it. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and ceiling. Will not be staying at this hotel again."
