"Except for the 2 young women (night check-in and AM chedk-out), lacking in warmth, personality and patient professional engagement... our stay was pleasant, as before. Clean room. However, I am surprised that for a handicap accessible bathroom, that the tub doesn't come with a tub foot mat (it was so slippery to get in, that I had to use a large towen instead). Other than those issues... the manager on the phone was utterly warm and gracious, and the place is presentable and efficient."
