"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und ständig bemüht, die Gäste zufriedenzustellen. Der Pool ist unglaublich gross und wunderschön. Die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Betten hervorragend. Gute Restaurants. Schöner Strand mit ausreichend bequemen Liegen. Das Meer (mit hauseigenem Riff) leider total vermüllt. "We had a lovely stay at this quiet and peaceful place. Our room was cleaned twice, and the staff even left cute notes on the bed made from bamboo sticks — such a sweet touch! The restaurant served great dinners, and the Lombok curry was the best dish we had in all of Indonesia. The dessert was below average, but everything else was wonderful. "Friendly staff, lovely accommodation and great location"

"A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good. "
