"Overall, the hotel was lovely, but we were somewhat disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool facilities. The saunas were quite small and felt cramped, particularly given the number of guests using them. The sauna and swimming pool area was also rather dark, with a basement-like atmosphere that lacked the relaxing ambience we had expected. We also dined at the hotel, but unfortunately, the meal was only average. Given the hotel's overall calibre and grandeur, we had higher expectations. Unfortunately, the dining experience and the sauna and spa facilities did not quite live up to the hotel's otherwise impressive standards."

"From the moment we walked in with our cross-continent backpacks in tow the staff was attentive, helpful and kind. The property was just what we needed for our ladies meet up in Czechia, Amsterdam-Seattle. The room was spacious and clean. The pillow menu was lovely. My daughter absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Compared to the standards in the United States this was far and beyond a luxury experience. My only critique which makes me rethink booking at this particular location is the spa hours. They are simply too short."

"Went to Blue first, and an endless line for checking with no extra help. Two middle-aged ladies at the desk did the best considering. Then a surprise that I had to go to Green building instead. Wasted almost a half an hour only to go to a different place. At Green building, what a difference, at the desk Dominik was great quick and very efficient. David was fantastic as well when I extended my stay."

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."
