"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"GREAT location..however when we were there the city was doing major construction right next to the Hotel and our room was on the first floor on the corner of the two streets where the construction was....they were even jack hammering at 8am on Sunday morning! The hotel should have moved us to a higher floor or another location..we had a suite so it wasn't a matter of needing an upgrade. The staff were average. The room was sparkling clean. Beds very good. They should consider getting room darkening curtains. Never ate there so cannot speak to that."
