"This is a beautiful space close to Niagara on the Lake village and Niagara Falls. Staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfasts are delicious and love the luxury of beginning with pastries and hot beverages delivered to our room in the morning! Everything is clean and beautifully decorated - fresh flowers in the rooms and hallways is a special touch. We were welcomed to arrive early. "

"This is the hotel if you have kids. Feels like you’re away somewhere warm. Atmosphere is great, lots for kids to do. Very convenient with McDonald’s next door, Gino’s pizza and Tim’s across the street. It’s about a 5 min car ride to Clifton Hill! We have stayed at many hotels in Niagara and this is our new favourite, we will be back! Staff are super friendly and rooms are clean! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a very cold room and told the front desk staff. He said he would have maintenance check on this issue. We listened to music and had drinks in the bar. When we returned to our room, maintenance had replaced the temperature control in our room and it was warmer! We were very impressed!"
