"The staff were absolutely helpful & lovely upon arrival & during our short stay. Honestly we’re both really surprised by how much we enjoyed our evening. When we walked in to reception, my first impression was a little of faulty-towers! BUT Our room was lovely, the staff professional. The food in the restaurant was fabulous & very undersold by slightly dated looking menus. Once it arrived to the table, the presentation & taste of the food was 10/10. Well done chef & polite restaurant staff! Loved it & thank Q"

"We had a lovely stay here, it is very much a hotel that does not feel modern, but is sort of refreshing in that way. A/C seems to be very uncommon in hotels in this area, but of the places we stayed in Northern Scotland this had absolutely the best/strongest fan. The room was large and comfortable, although the mattress might ultimately feel a bit thin if you are on the heavier side. The best thing about this hotel, in my opinion, is the proximity to the Inverness ScotRail station, upon which the hotel sits directly next to. It makes it a very easy jumping off point for any number of day trips, and is of course also centrally located to Inverness' city-center as well."

"Staff were extremely helpful from check in to restaurant. Breakfast and Dinner were both delicious and a fab view of the loch! Only negative was our family room - not enough space for 3 adults and a few issues with the bathroom."

"We enjoyed the large bathrooms with heated towel racks. The front desk was hugely helpful when I had a health issue. The location was next to the beautiful River Ness and close to shopping and restaurants"

"Kings Mills is one of the finest hotels we've stayed in, in Europe and the U.S. From the beautifully manicured gardens to the lovely decorated king suite, the great bar, sitting room, and dining room, it is exquisitely maintained and managed by a superb staff. The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We loved the gardens and enjoyed having breakfast and tea after a long day out. We would definitely recommend it to friends and plan on coming back soon!"
