avoid at all cost!

On arrival the room had not been cleaned, left as previous guests had left it! What on earth did they think they were doing? Dirty bed linen and towels strewn across the uncleaned floors! The most disturbing thing was two tablets of ectasy were on the bed, unthinkable if young guests had thought they were sweets! After complaining immediately, all backed up with video and photographic evidence, they promptly moved us to another room. They took a sizeable deposit over £108, wich despite being over three weeks ago has not be repaid.there are extra charges we were not aware off at time of booking for towels and bed linen, as it was in small print at the bottom of hotel.com page! They even charged for toilet roll! Can't see why hotel.com would even advertise such a low level establishment,when they contacted hotel about our complaints, they denied everything, buyers beware, or better still avoid at all costs!

Bel emplacement. Les surfaces étaient très propres bravo par contre la couette supplémentaire dans le placard avait des taches jaunes un peu dégoûtantes et l’appartement sentait la cigarette. N’y venez pas si vous êtes sensible au bruit la nuit.

Satisfaction générale bien sinon le bruit de nuit

Bon accueil , locataires bruyants une fois 2 h du matin ,une fois minuit , j'ai dû intervenir. Un vigile non signalé est à l'accueil . J'ai su en partant quand j'ai signalé le problème !!
Vue fenêtres uniquement, 50 M2 de la plage ,vrai , mais fenêtre et mur pas ensoleillée très froid. Chauffage non stop durant séjour. Plus chaud dehors que dedans. Manque d'insonorisation ,voisins bruyants au delà de 2 h du matin . Vigile nuit?non vu

Appartement fonctionnel même si salle de bain très petite pour 4 personnes. Propreté douteuse, mauvaise odeur dans l’appartement, sol sûrement nettoyé avec une eau sale vu l’état des chaussettes après avoir marché dans l’appartement. Canapé lit : matelas taché de sang ou de rouille (on ne sait pas) et de très mauvaise qualité, trou au milieu j’ai passé deux nuits qui m’ont laissé le dos en compote. Nous avons passé que deux nuits sur trois car ce n’était plus possible pour nous de rester dans ces conditions.

Nära stranden men kommer inte tillbaka

Hotell nära stranden i lloret de mar. Personalen är trevlig men receptionen är obemannad efter klockan 20. Hotellet har endast en hiss som sett bättre dagar. Trapporna som annars gäller är smala och i sämre skick. Rummen är bra på bilderna, men i verkligheten finns fler skavanker. Lägenheterna är generellt väldigt lyhörda och ventilationen dålig. Min säng var en bäddsoffa och gick inte att sova i. I badrummet luktade det unkskunk rätt ofta. I övrigt var glas och tallrikar rena. Parkeringsplats finns nära stranden, kostar pengar. Parkera då i de gröna rutorna och köp parkeringsbiljett

A fuir en famille !

A fuir pour un séjour en famille ! Nous étions 4 avec 2 petites filles de 5 et 7 ans. L’appartement n’était pas propre le plan de travail de la cuisine plein de miettes, des poils sur les toilettes et le sol plus ou moins douteux ! Le lit des enfants non fait c’était donc à nous de le faire. En ce qui concerne le bruit : les murs sont tout simplement en papier: nous entendons toutes les conversations des couloirs, de l’extérieur et dans la salle de bain nous entendons notre voisin faire ses besoins ! Du coup autant vous dire que la nuit a été courte. Entre les hurlements des gens bourrés à priori se prenant pour des ours à 3h du matin, la musique, les portes qui claquent toute la nuit jusqu’à 6h … Bref les filles effrayées, le bruit, la literie inconfortable, cette superbe odeur de drogue (qui ne quitte pas l’immeuble) le combos parfait pour une nuit pourrie. En ce qui concerne l’emplacement oui nous sommes à côté de la plage mais des jeunes bourrés en train de cuvés sur la plage ou de jouer a se noyer … bref ce n’est pas cette plage là qu’il fait fréquenter en famille ! Si vous êtes jeune cet appart est pour vous mais en famille partez ailleurs !

Good expectations

The place was exactly what we needed and it was incredibly cheap for the Fri - Mon (long weekend), staff were friendly and helpful, always a nice greeting, very clean, apartments were mediumish size but perfect what we needed. Overall very very good experience!

Appart hôtel VENECIA a LLORET DE MAR

Je connaissais pas cet établissement, agréablement surpris, en face de la mer de lloret de Mar, super bien placé, très jolie et très très propre, juste un petit défaut le canapé lit fait hyper mal au dos pour dormir, les lits pour les enfants était super mais nous on a pas dormie pendant 2 jours, vraiment le canapé lit était vraiment mort. A part ça, le personnel et très bien et à l'écoute. Je conseille cet établissement

You get what you pay for staff however was lovely and very helpful. Their communication could be better and in English. The sheets on the bed need to be cleaned properly the floor underneath the bed could of done with a sweep. The vending machine should of been fixed as there no where to get drinks if arrive in the very early hours I had to dehydrate until the morning so bring some drinks. There is no air con. Apart from that the staff where very lovely x

Extranjeros hacen mucho ruido por la noche.y no hay aire acondicionado y se pasa muchisimo calor(he estado en agosto).la cocina esta bien para pasar unos dias,la camas son indivuales pero las juntamos y solucionado.el baño era ducha,y preferiamos con bañera xo bueno hacia el servicio. Lo bueno ke está centrico.a 50 metros paseo marítimo y muchos bazares

ce sont des appartements bien équipés, sans service intérieur : autonomie totale avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix mais un peu bruyant (rue avec des magasins)
