"The most uncomfortable mattress I have slept on in a long time. Aircon very noisy. When I used the Gym, all 3 bike machines didn't work, no cups for the water station. No hair dryer in the room and when I got one, it didn't heat up. On arrival, it looks like they have spent money on the reception and bar area but they need to sort out the tired rooms."

"The room was beautiful and spotless however some of the furniture was a little worn but it added character. They had the tea and coffee box well stocked and not with just the standard tea and coffee but with the flavoured tea and decaf coffee plus they had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as if you had forgotten anything you could ask for a guest pack (toothpaste, toothbrush, razors etc). On our first day we had and issue with the iron leaking, light blinking and not warming up so contacted reception and a brand new one was delivered to our room immediately. What we weren't made aware of is there was a £50 deposit upon arrival (not including what we had already paid for staying there). The staff are very friendly, they had live entertainment on Saturday night and there's 3 ways to eat at the hotel (room service, Ribs grill and bar food). Thank you for the comfortable stay."
