"Loved the room and the bed was fabulous- very comfortable with bed linens like silk and wonderful pillows. The rain shower head made for a great shower and the towels were big and fluffy. The staff went above and beyond down to the person. Helped us get a place for our car, since the hotel is in a pedestrianized area. "The hotel is quite hard to find on Google Maps. It's not as it showed on the Google map. So, we have to park and walk to find the hotel. The heater was not working as the hotel is quite old. The worker did not stay the whole night. The guy brought us the portable heater, but the plug does not work at night. It turned off when we turned off the light. "
