As I already wrote to you a few days ago we changed the check-in time immediately. I'm very sorry that the receptionist who was at the reception in the afternoon did not show empathy towards the information you gave him. I talked to the employee as soon as he came to work and we renewed once again the standards of work at the reception. We really appreciate all the comments that our guests give us.
