OYO is the best

The best hotel/motel is OYO. We were very impressed by the comfortable bed and soundproof walls. === It was quiet, and we were not disturbed by next-door neighbors. We rested well, and we won Gold Medals in the state Pickleball competition in Cabot. Thank you for your excellent accomidations

The room was GREAT people nice. Had wanted a room with to beds but that wasn't available.. Offered us a KING which worked out GREAT. Bathroom was large and easy to use I am in a wheelchair. Will definitely stay their again.

Nothing the hotel did, but the road construction has that area a mess and it’s hard to get to and from it. The hotel in itself was fine and the bed was comfortable. Limited to no amenities but Starbucks and others places to eat within short distance

You get what you pay for

The pictures made this place look really cute but it was not. It was awful there were multiple cigarette burns in all 4 comforters in the 3 rooms we had. Also each room had a different odd smell. The beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. I should have known better for $60 a night but it was definitely an adventure. The front desk clerk was very friendly though!

Decent quick stay

When checking in, night staff (woman) was super friendly and quick! Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and morning staff (older ethnic man) wasn’t very friendly at all. The room was NOT thoroughly cleaned AT ALL!! towels looked dirty and werent properly stocked. Used dirty socks from a perilous stay were found in the room. Shower was great and the hotel is good for a quick unexpected overnight stay.

I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from. But it was terrible. I am not a picky person. I never stay in “high end hotels”. So I wasn’t expecting much.. the shower was dirty. The water was warm at best. The blankets & sheets had cigarette burns on them. The pillows had hair on them. It smelled horrible. You can definitely smell that they smoke in some of the rooms. the bed was very uncomfortable. The guy at check in was really nice though. I saw a few reviews of “sketchy people” but don’t really care about that. But it was correct.

OYO Townhouse Inn Jacksonville Arkansas

This was an okay stay for one night. The hotel grounds and lobby looked really nice, clean and bright. The rooms could have had better lighting, and the window only had a black-out curtain, nothing to allow for a little privacy and light to come in. When I stay at a hotel I always wipe down all the surfaces, but this hotel had NO dust/dirt on the tables and chair. The refrigerator and microwave were clean, this use to be a Motel 6 and at some point they must have allowed for smoking becasue you can still smell it even though they are a 100percent non smoking facility. When we arrived check in was fast, the man behind the counter was very kind, he did switch our rooms in his words to save himeself some trouble later, not sure what that was about. The walls are very thin we hear people talking and a baby crying throughout the night, the air condition worked, but was very loud with the setting auto fan turning on and off. The refrigerator was loud too, the TV/cable worked well. My bed was very loud with every turn it creaked. There was construction in the area so early in the morning it was loud, this is of course not thebhotels fault. The bathroom was pretty clean with a few hairs here and there, I did find a bery long hair in my bed right ehen i went to get in it and since this was a long stright hair, I know it didnt belong to my family. The floor was filthy, I used one of their towels to clean the floor, I have photos, but Hotels.com won't let me upload them.
