The hotel was conveniently located to the main city of Lisboa. Staff was very courteous and helpful. be it breakfast time or room upkeep, everything was being taken care of superbly. Room and bathroom were amazingly fresh as if this hotel was recently constructed.

We had to find a hotel for one night after our flight was canceled. We were stressed and tired, and we needed a nice place to relax, take a breath, and regroup before trying to get home the next day. This hotel was the perfect choice. It has a super nice and helpful staff. Everything is clean and new, and they have a spa and pool. We were able to relax and unwind after a stressful day at the airport.

Unusual 'club' setup.

Beautiful, modern rooms with excellent service. An unusual 'club room' setup when paying extra, but the food and drinks were generous. The noise from the kids area could be heard from the bar and restaurant.

The property is wonderful overall. Charming and luxurious. Sadly it is slightly dated and some things need to be renovated. I'd certainly go there again, but it needs to either improve or it's prices must be adjusted to reflect it's deficiencies.

Our room was super quiet and peaceful. The house keeping was good. The pool and spa were really nice and the pool guy was super friendly and helpful. On the downside, the staff weren’t particularly happy. Most didn’t seem to enjoy their work.
