We loved this little Hotel. Room was lovely, a little small but the terrace window was a dream! Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent spot! Reasonable price! We would stay again.

We were at My Story Hotel-Rossio for one night on October 24, 2026. The staff was excellent. The location was perfect. The biggest issue the rooms are very small. You open the door into the room and you almost hit the bed. My wife and i didn't have enough room to walk around. i would probably not stay there again when i go back to lisbon.

Location was perfect, the staff were so friendly and gave us helpful directions to nearby activities. We were able to get a late checkout. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in my entire life, we will be back!

The hotel is in a perfectly central location. The room was very clean with lots of comfortable modern amenities. The shampoo and conditioner smelled great, too. The breakfast was great and a wonderful way to start our day in Lisbon.

Hotel was in a great location. We checked out before breakfast but were provided a breakfast box which was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning kept the room somewhat cool. Not as cool as we like it however, we were there during a heat wave.
