The staff were amazing. They were incredibly helpful and very friendly. Our room was spacious, well-maintained and very clean. The location provided us easy access to most of the interesting sites, restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our experience was amazing from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. The attention to detail is like no other. All amenities are provided and then some. 5 star treatment! Housekeeping and Butler service 24/7. We were treated like family, staff knowing and greeting us by name and warm smiles. We have travelled a lot and this hotel will be hard to top!!! This hotel is a class act!!!

We stayed at the hotel for five nights and truly enjoyed many aspects of our stay. The staff was welcoming, and the property is beautiful. We did, however, have a few suggestions that we hope will be helpful. The hotel recommended two private tour companies to us, and unfortunately both tours were quite expensive for the experience they provided. We later arranged our own private tour independently, and it ended up being our favorite tour during our visit to Portugal. We hope the hotel will consider reviewing the tour providers they recommend to ensure they reflect the same high standards as the hotel itself. We were also a little surprised to find a stove, dishwasher, and a full set of kitchen supplies in the room. While these amenities may be useful for some guests, they seemed somewhat unexpected in such an elegant, luxury accommodation, as we imagine most guests are more likely to dine out and enjoy the excellent local restaurants. We also wanted to mention the evening turndown service. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing cookies each night, but they were quite small—more like the petite biscuits with coffee. A slightly more substantial bedtime treat would feel more in keeping with the luxury experience the hotel otherwise provides. Lastly, we really enjoyed the complimentary cherry brandy in the room and appreciated that special touch. We enjoyed a small amount each evening and finished the bottle on our fourth night, but they didn’t refill again.

Stay: august 2026 My stay at The Mythic Sana Lisbon was nothing short of exceptional. A special thank you to André, Dario, and Ryan, who truly made the experience memorable. Their professionalism, genuine smiles, and incredible attention to detail set the standard for world-class hospitality. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel itself is stunning. It is all new! The quality of everything—from the luxurious towels to the elegant furnishings—reflects a commitment to excellence. Every space is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. One of my favorite places was the Blackmoon Bar. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and sophisticated, with the feel of a high-end luxury cigar lounge. The cocktails were outstanding, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Lisbon. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines impeccable service, refined luxury, and an unforgettable ambiance, The Mythic Sana Lisbon is an easy 5-star recommendation. I can’t wait to return.

The site emphasized having a butler assigned to our floor but we did not get that experience. We had a few assisting us and service was slow. In fact, they assured we could directly contact them through the ipad but again, replies were delayed. Upon our arrival, the ice bucket had water (melted ice) in it, mini fridge was low stock, only liquor option was gin, and food ordered through room service was slow. The location was central and ideal. Not sure if I would recommend or stay in the future. I feel we could have received better service with a cheaper stay.
