Great Apartment and Location

I loved the apartment andocation. Was right in the middle of everything. The room was quiet and comfortable and very clean, comfortable bed. I loved the keyless entry as well.

We never experienced something like that. The Internet was absolutely weak and the connection got constantly interrupted. The door to the bathroom got blocked on the second day and had to be repaired. (Not so easy to reach someone from the non-existing reception). The towels were NOT renewed after the third day, so we had to send again an E-Mail. Our question concerning keeping the lugage for some hours after our checkout didn´t get any answer. What a bad experience, what a horrible place.

Esperienza sgradevole. In 5 giorni di soggiorno non è mai passato nessuno a pulire la stanza né a cambiare le lenzuola, salviette ecc...non c’era sapone in bagno il quale, per altro, è di dimensioni minimali...l’odore in camera era al quanto insopportabile. Non c’è alcun personale disponibile in quanto sia la porta della camera, sia la porta dell’hotel viene aperta tramite un codice. Sconsigliato

Super recomendo!

Excelente, self check in facilita a vida da gente! Menos burocracia, mais rapidez e poucos constrangimentos, adoramos! Se pudermos voltaremos com certeza e recomedamos, o banheiro é bem pequeno, o que deve ser informado claramente a todos, não tivemos problemas, banheiro individual é tudo de bom!!!!

J'ai reservé cet hotel 6 nuits du 2 au 8 aout. En arrivant dans la chambre, des cheveux qui trainent, de la poussière et les draps et les serviettes qui sentent le renfermé. La nuit, en me réveillant pour aller aux toilettes, j allume la lumière et je vois ' gros cafards qui grouillent dans la salle de bain : un dans la douche, les autres sur les murs, un cafard est même entré dans ma valise. Des messieurs qui manifestement habitent dans cet "hôtel" et qui y sont présents tout le temps, hurlent sans cesse jour et nuit. Ils communiquent entre eux en hurlant d'une chambre à une autre, voire d'un étage à l'autre et aussi par la fenêtre. J ai dû changer d'hotel le lendemain de mon arrivée tellement ce fut invivable. Ni l'hotel, ni expedia ne veulent me rembourser. C'est une honte !

NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOTEL.

Péssimo em todos os quesitos. *Localização Está no centro da cidade no meio da muvuca, rua de difícil acesso de carro e com pessoas bem mal encaradas te oferecendo conteúdos ilícitos. *Limpeza Terrível. Toalha manchada, forro da cama e lençol cheio de cabelos, fixadores de etiquetas de roupa embaixo das camas. *Acomodação Quarto e banheiro minúsculo, tem que sair do banho e se secar fora do banheiro porque não tem o mínimo de espaço, pra tomar banho e um sacrifício. Se tiver com mais de 3 malas vai ter que escolher se você fica no quarto ou às malas. Os carpetes da área comum totalmente nojentos. O colchão de uma das camas estava com as molas estragadas, forma um buraco, impossível dormir(uma funcionária do hotel nos relatou qdo estávamos indo embora que todos esses problemas são recorrentes, que ela mesma já havia feito a troca do colchão devido a reclamações anteriores, se esse é o novo imagina o velho). Como já consta no anúncio não possui recepção e entrar em contato com os responsáveis do hotel via e-mail ou telefone é impossível, os mesmos não respondem. Fiz a reserva para 4 dias e tive que sobreviver a 1 com muito sacrifício, o hotel não oferece o reembolso e em Lisboa tem que pagar a taxa turística de €2 por pessoa/noite que é cobrado pelo hotel antes do início da hospedagem e como ocorreu no meu caso, que não consegui completar a minha estadia, não tive nem esse reembolso e tive que pagar novamente no outro hotel.

Vi fick inte koden till ytterdörren viket gjorde att vi fick ta kontakt via telefon. Eftwrsom de inte svarade där mailade vi. Hjälp fick vi iaf efter ca 30 minuter. Rummen små och det gick inte att ha fönster öppet eftersom det saknades hasp. WiFi var nästan noll på rummet, men bra i entre och frukostrum. TV i frukostrummet men där var låst utom just under frukost. Dagtig var det byggare som gjorde vid några rum (bl.a. vårt grannrum) vilket utgjorde en del störande ljud.

De kamer is modern ingericht, licht en van alle basis voorzieningen voorzien, wat een verademing is gezien de gebruikelijke gedateerde staat van Portugese overnachtingplaatsen. De kamer ligt op loopafstand van het bruisende centrum van Lissabon wat natuurlijk een duidelijke pré is. Helaas heeft de kamer het formaat van een hele kleine studentenkamer waardoor je geen ruimte hebt om jezelf even terug te trekken op de kamer (behalve op je bed zitten). Daarnaast is het ontbreken van een airconditioning wel een gemis. Tijdens ons verblijf was het 33 tot 35 graden overdag, tot en met 25 graden in de nacht (begin juni). Mogelijkheden om door te waaien zijn er niet dus zwetende nachten zijn niet te voorkomen. Helaas is het ook niet mogelijk om in de buurt gratis te parkeren. Heb je geen vervoer is dat geen probleem, zo niet dan ben je aangewezen op peperdure parkeergarages. Er is geen enkel personeel aanwezig geweest tijdens de 4 dagen dat we er waren, wat verder geen probleem is, maar gezien de temperatuur zou het verschonen van handdoeken tussentijds wel prettig zijn geweest.

Expectation vs. Reality

I’m not sure where to start with this hotel. When we arrived, we were EXTREMELY disappointed. It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The only saving grace was the private bathroom and clean sheets. The rest was an embarrassment. The room is just empty. Nothing but a couple of beds and a table. No air conditioning, TV, amenities, etc. It was just a box. The first night was ok, we slept reasonably well until the builders started hammering and drilling directly outside of our door at 8am. Nice way to wake up after arriving late. We woke up to 34 degree weather, which would be fine if we had air con. Every subsequent night we were bitten terribly by mosquitoes; shutting the windows at night wasn’t an option as the room was tiny and stuffy and hot. There was absolutely no customer service, nobody answered the phone or seemed to care whatsoever. I am disappointed the owners seem to take no pride in this hotel. It could be amazing. Unfortunately, it is nowhere near amazing. The bed felt like a plastic bag filled with rocks. My back was hurting that much after 4 nights that we actually booked ANOTHER HOTEL for the final night just to get a good nights sleep. The new one was fantastic, and really showed us what we were missing out on. Shop about and do NOT book this hotel. It was the worst part about the holiday and I dreaded going to sleep. Lisbon is beautiful and one of the best places I’ve ever visited, so please don’t let this hotel put a downer on your holiday.

God beliggenhed. Ingen rengøring, sengetøj skift eller rene håndklæder. Fik heller ikke tømt skræld. Vi havde 6 overnatninger. Vi var lovet en tagterrasse og mulighed for kaffe, men ingen af delene var eksisterende. Det eneste gode var beliggenhed i en rolig gade

Lugt af urin, pushere og tynde vægge

Hvis man leder efter et billigt sted, tæt på natteliv, restauranter og shopping, og er man ligeglad med toiletter der lugter af urin, manglende rengøring, pushere lige udenfor døren og ingen reception, så siger jeg held og lykke. Havde der bare været en reception og rengjort, så havde det været ok til prisen.

Stay away from this place

I got to the place everything is with codes which is kind of complicated to remember all the codes since they’re really long. The room had no view whatsoever only a small window to a courtyard where they put all the construction stuff since they are in construction at the moment. The beds are so hard it was easier to sleep in the floor and the room is much smaller than in the photo overall not a good experience at this place, I had to rent a room in another place that was much better great view and half the price so I do not recommend this place .

Bien pour dormir et repartir aussitôt.

C’est un hôtel bien pour venir y dormir puis repartir sans chichis. Il ne faut pas tarder à prendre sa douche au risque de ne pas avoir d’eau chaude, il n’y a pas de service ni d’accueil. L’hôtel est plutôt bien placé en ville, cependant, la présence constante de vendeurs de drogues en bas de la rue est malaisante. J’ai trouvé l’hôtel cher pour ce que c’était.
