From the minute you step into reception you know you're somewhere special. Rooms are a dream. We stayed in a garden villa which was the cheapest room option. I'd love a chance to see the other rooms as I can't see how ours could be topped. Food was sensational. Especially the sushi. Staff were super attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Kwan especially who looked after us during the day at the pool.

I had a lovely relaxing time at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff made for an enjoyable time. Lovely room and pool with the beach close by. A large spread was available for breakfast. A very nice start to the day. Occasionally I found a staff member that could not grasp what I was asking in English. I treated myself to a manicure at the Zense Spa. I regretted my choice as I could have done a much better job with a pair of nail clippers.

What a little gem this boutique hotel turned out to be!! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like I was a VIP guest. The staff were so lovely and very quickly became my friends, particularly Kurgze on reception who was super friendly and efficient..nothing was to much trouble! When traveling to the other side of then globe, it's nice to know that you'll be welcomed when you get there. To say that the staff at Rocky's were all accommodating would be an understatement. From our fantastic room to the private boat tour to scooter rentals, there wasn't a thing we were want for. I went to The Pasage in August 2014 for a family wedding. The wedding was organised by the Hotel and they did a fantastic job. The hotel is in a quiet area but there is a free bus from the hotel every day that takes you to Nathon or to the tourist area of Chaweng. Trips can be booked at reception at reasonable prices too. The Hotel is clean and the staff can't do enough for you. The spa on site is a must. Best massage I have ever had.

Centara Life resort hotel is an excellent choice. The location was great and the area is very safe and lively. Lots of restaurant with brilliant lively environment. The staff were brilliant especially Chompuu, she was so attentive and speak perfect English. All of the staff aim to please and help me with all my queries. I researched all hotels on Koh Samui before booking this hotel. I was not disappointed. Everything you could possibly want is provided. The staff anticipate anything else & have a genuine desire to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I have stayed in some super hotels but this surpasses all of them.

Had a 2 week stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived it was amazing. Staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. All the food in the hotel (and believe me we tried pretty much all of it) was brilliant. Short walk along the beach to Bophut Fishing village with more bars, restaurants and shops. Only negative was that the holiday ended too early. Would definitely go back.

Our stay at Wyndham was wonderful. Special shoutout to Nammon for being exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location is right at the border of Boput and Chaweng, making both of these areas, beaches, night markets easily accessible. The staff helped us arrange for scooty rental right at the hotel. It was so convenient and priced reasonably. The pool was well maintained. The gym was decently equipped and I enjoyed doing a couple of workouts there. The staff was very friendly...

Stayed at Zazen on recommendation of a friend. We loved the location, garden villa and the superb service. Secluded but not isolated so able to walk to other restaurants and bars. The breakfasts at the hotel are amazing and the service from the staff outstanding. We would have no hesitation on staying here again.

Celes resort is beautiful. I stayed for 6 nights with my partner and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is clean and extremely well maintained, and they really pay attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was delicious, accompanied by wonderful views. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and care free stay in Samui.

Beautiful hotel with great service, but a couple of things to know. Built into the hillside which gives incredible views. But means a lot of steps and very steep slopes. Away from the resorts which is nice and peaceful. But does mean you need to get the shuttle if you want to go out. The shuttle is fine, runs hourly and takes ten minutes to get to the beach so very easy. There is also an excellent private limousine service run by the hotel which costs under £10 to get to most places...

We stayed for 11 days in a sea view villa April 2016 for my sons wedding . Really good hotel, facilities and grounds are very well thought out and the staff were always very welcoming, with excellent service. Very relaxing place to be and they make it easy, helped by spacious layout of things like sunbeds and the large very nice pool facilities and beach facilities/ activiites. Very good standard of food in 2 restaurants (not cheap though) and we looked forward to their comprehensive breakfast...

After endless hours of researching locations, I settled for the beach town of Mae Nam. I was drawn by the promise of white sand beaches, clear blue waters and astounding views of Koh Phangan. My primary objectives was to choose the perfect location to relax without the crowds and noise whilst not being too secluded. This was a really nice hotel. The beach was very pretty and not too crowded. The room was big and clean. The staff was great and went above and beyond to accommodate me. My taxi was not coming until 5 pm the day I checked out. Although I couldn't get a late checkout because the hotel was full, I was able to leave my luggage at the front and continue using all the facilities throughout the day, including the beach chairs and towels, the bicycle and the shower. This is an excellent boutique hotel only a short distance from Lami beach and the local bars (easy 5 - 10 min walk). The hotel rooms are superb with a nice pool area and also benefits from a small gym (cardio only). The staff are all very friendly and helpful with lots of smiling faces. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but have easy access to all that Lami offers this is a great choice.

Stayed January 2016 and had a wonderful holiday! The hotel is very new and so everything is very much in order and nothing is 'tired'. The high ceilings (deluxe suite) gave a large room an even more spacious feel. Air con works well and room facilities are fab inc kitchenette. I personally would have liked a bath but the massive shower was great with both a small shower head and a rainfall one. TV has many channels in different languages so a guide would perhaps be a useful addition for...

What a fantastic hotel! Unbelievable value for what you get. Huge pool, very clean and spacious rooms, unbeatable location on Choeng Mon beach. Such a lovely area - sandy beach with calm, warm sea and many lovely beach bars and restaurants. Also fantastic cafes on the main road for breakfast / brunch. Very chilled vibe.
