"Supper: we went once. We were told that it would be fifteen minutes before our order was taken, well, after fifteen mitutes we flagged a waiter to bring us water and wine. Finally, the food arrived fully one and a half hour after our arrival. No apologies, no bread basket, no free dessert or raki to compensate/ apologies for the insane delay. Needless to say, we took our other suppers elsewhere. Imcompetence there but: clé en and perfect room and resort overall. Excellent and varied breakfast. Beach facilities impeccable and trouble free."

"Overall a lovely resort and enjoyable stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and rooms were beautiful. A few small things which we found were worth a mention. The buggies made a loud beeping noise which woke us up most mornings and we did hear it at night too as they drove by. The half board menu was very limited with only one choice for dessert and starter and 2 mains to choose from. The breakfast buffet however was excellent."

Every thing is immaculate.. the food is great...the staff are beyond helpful.. the rooms are amazing... the grounds are beautiful as is the beach. Everything you want from a holiday is found here. "This is my second stay in the hotel; after my first stay 4 years ago and having enjoyed it very much back then. 1- not brand new but pretty well kept hotel. no visible wear. 2- its top of the hill, not the seaside; which has some caveats; you have to have a ride to the beach, however; a- you have your own car and drive b- you take the shuttles every 10 min; AC ed and pretty comfy; takes you the best beach club in faliraki; yes you need to pay extra for the beach but well worth the experience. 3- fantastic live music. Leida; electro violin; that is a must see; an african opera group w amazing show as well, nothing you can find everyday- everywhere. 4- dinner; great; desserts; wonderful. pizza lovers? there is pizza from breakfast to midnight. 5- staff is super helpful and accomodating. were pretty motivated to solve issues. 6- spa? nice. a lot of rooms w private pool; a nice upgrade well worth the price."
