La Gardenia is truly a gem. From the moment you are welcomed on arrival until the moment you sadly leave you are treated with the most friendly and welcoming but so professional staff. It is a joy to stay there. The view from the dining area onto the lake and the mountains beyond is stunning. The rooms are spotless ,comfortable the aircon works great. Food wise chef provides fine dining every night.A fantastic choice every evening. No buffet help yourself here. Breakfast is a good selection . If you want a relaxing experience La Gardenia is an outstanding choice . Easy walk into Limone although the walk back is uphill and the driveway upto the hotel is steep this won’t detract from the wonderful stay you’ll have.

Hotel sehr schön gelegen, Pool perfekt zum entspannen vor allem am Abend. Service an der Bar und am Empfang Klasse. Strand und Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Personal spricht gutes deutsch, für die Parkmöglichkeiten sollte man ein geübter Autofahrer sein. Einziger Abzug für die mehr als moderate Auswahl beim Frühstück und die Serviceorientierung des Personals am Morgen. Ansonsten kommen wir gern wieder.

Hade kunnat stanna längre

Otroligt bra upplevde vi det även med ett litet barn. Nära till ”strand” och folkliv, underbar utsikt och trevlig personal. Supernöjda med vår vistelse och hade gärna stannat längre än 2 nätter! Det enda som var lite krångligt med småbarn var att det låg i en brant backe och att det endast fanns trappor ner till centrum längre ner. Men det gick med god vilja!

Das Hotel hat eine herrliche Lage und tolle Aussicht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank um ein kühles Wasser zu trinken. In der Dusche gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Seife und Duschgel. Auf dem Balkon war nur eine halbe Trennwand zwischen den anderen Zimmern somit keine Intimität.

The view was stunning, breakfast was the best we have had in Italy, spa facilities are excellent and only a select number of people allowed in so always very quiet. Staff always happy to help.

Meget høj service og utroligt sødt personale. Vi boede i en lejlighed øverst oppe med flot udsigt over søen. God mad på hotellet og flot udsigt fra restaurantens terrasse. Eneste minus er, at hvis du er gangbesværet er det svært at komme op til hotellet.

WOW! Mehr fällt einem hier wirklich nicht mehr ein! Diese Liebe zum Detail, die Fürsorge bei den Gästen, einfach toll. Der Chef ist hier kein Chef, er ist alles. Er rennt beim Frühstück, wenn noch ein Teller fehlt, fragt beim Abendessen nach dem Wohlbefinden und dem Tagestrip nach Venedig und parkt einem sogar noch das Auto, wenn man es grad eilig hat oder einfach selbst keine Lust hat. Jeder der in diesem Hotel arbeitet schätzt den Gast und umgarnt ihn, nicht zu viel, aber genau richtig. Auf Grund von Corona darf der SPA-Bereich nur pro Zimmer für eine Stunde reserviert werden? Keiner möchte hin?! Kein Problem, wir durften uns 4 Tage hintereinander im Whirlpool, der Sauna, der Dampfsauna und im Ruhebereich ausgiebig entspannen. Aufpreis dafür? Fehlanzeige! Wenn es einem so richtig schwer fällt auszuhecken, dann nicht nur, weil der Urlaub zu Ende geht, sondern weil man so einen Service erst beim nächsten Besuch hier wieder erfahren wird! Vielen, vielen Dank 😊 und definitiv bis bald.
