Modern clean hotel room with a huge toilet and comfy beds. There is a dryer in the room which makes it easy to wash / dry clothes. Staff are super helpful - we needed to heat up lunch and they offered to assist.

Best Sokos Hotel in town!!

Great Hotel! Super Service! Clean! Light! But no gym! Not even a Cross Trainer! And the same Menu in the Restaurant since 1 1/2 years! But still much better than the other Sokos hotel in town.

Asiakaspalvelijalla huono päivä

Vastaanoton asiakaspalvelija oli kireä eikä ilmeisesti huonetta olisi pitänyt varata matkanjärjestäjän kautta. Myös taksipalvelut kuvailtiin vaivalloisiksi ja Joensuusta asti tilattavaksi, vaikka viereinen asiakaspalvelija kertoi toisille asiakkaille taksipalvelujen toimivan hyvin. Jäi ei-tervetullut fiilis. Onneksi saimme itse järjestettyä Kolin taksin, joka toimii aluella jatkuvasti.

Ravintolaan sai ainakin aamiaisaikana tuoda koiran. Sille ei ollut merkitty mitään erillistä aluetta. Koska olen voimakkaasti allerginen eläinpölylle, tämä oli ikävä yllätys. Jos eläimiä otetaan ravintolaan, niille pitäisi olla oma erillinen alueensa, esim. jonkinlainen kabinetti. Tästä pitäisi informoida sekä koirien omistajia että muita asiakkaita.

Ovet huoneisiin olivat vaarallisen painavat jouset liian vahvat. Sänky natisi, kun sille istahti. Muuten oli siistiä, puhdasta ja hyvä hengitysilma. Aamupala sopi meidän perheellemme paremmin kuin useimpien hotellien aamupalat; oli paljon terveellistä tarjolla. Ravintola oli hyvä ja kohtuuhintainen.
