"Really disappointing to see the given room was in no way on a par with the photos on Expedia of a crisp modern room. The room given was dated, with cracked amenities which needed replacing. Ditto the gym equipment. Staff lovely though location good. Just doesn’t match what was promised and paid for. "

"Hotel is welcoming of pets but dog friendly rooms are on the second floor or above and there's no lift so it's a trek during the night to take your dog downstairs to do it's business."
