Room was clean. NO phone in rooms. No staff at front desk in evening. No way to contact the property. Phone calls NEVER answered. Been calling since day we checked out, cannot get ahold of ANYONE. Poor customer service. I understand they are remodeling, and rebuilding services, but they need to be able to be reached. I left my phone behind, still trying to get it mailed to me!

I absolutely loved the artwork, leather clutches, and of course the RGB “Tiesto Chandelier “ The staff is great I extended my stay more than once and was around when the pool and hot tub opened This is what makes it a great value in this area

This place is fine if you need a place to crash and don’t care about ambience. It’s super run down and the hallways are reminiscent of a bar from the 1970’s but the room was clean enough. The room we had requested wasn’t available which was a bit annoying but we made do.

Our room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. There is a pool. Facility looks abandoned when you pull in. There is no restaurant as advertised. Breakfast consists of mini powdered donuts, mini muffins and bread that you can toast. Overall we were happy being it was one of the least expensive hotels but it could use some tlc to regain its former glory.

Check in was easy and efficient, and the frint desk staff was courteous and professional. The room was not the cleanest (i found several hairs on the bed, the shower curtain had mold on the bottom and the shower itself was not clean). The pool, which was a major reason for choosing this property, was not availabile throughout our entire stay due to 'maintenance'. All in all this was a $50-$60 room that I paid upwards of $110 a night for.

We stayed 2 nights. The towels are rough, room was not vacuumed at all, the trash can was moldy but they just covered it up with a new trash bag. The staff was pleasant and accommodating but, i would pay more for a cleaner room. I will recommend that it is a good price for just a one night stay.

The beds were very comfortable! The Tv worked great ! Hot tub not clean and jets were not working , pool was beautiful no chemicals or filtering ! The breakfast was not, coffee sucked . We made the best of it for the price front desk was friendly other person couldn’t speak English found a marijuana bile in bed drawer! Such a beautiful building dining is closed. Bar is closed. The Ritz is closed. This is not a Ramada Inn.

The outside looks like the place is about to collapse. Weeds everywhere. It’s difficult to locate. There isn’t anything available to eat or drink onsite. Don't believe the website, there is no breakfast, no kitchen and no bar. The bright side is that they were kind enough to refund my payment. And the staff were friendly.

The king size bed was comfortable. The bedding on the bed was clean. Other than that it was outdated, carpet needs to be replaced because it had wrinkle up spots in it, they didn’t clean the room, never changed out the dirty towels because my husband had to go ask for clean towels for our shower the next morning, and whatever that awful strong air freshener smell is in the room gave me a bad headache being in the room, and mildew on the caulking of the tub. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

Would recommend to look elsewhere.

The check in process was very easy but the front desk employee was very rude. When we went to inform him that our tv was not working, he stated he could cancel our reservation or we could contact housekeeping the next day and maybe they will get around to it in a few days; which wasn’t feasible with 2 children under 3. Unfortunately due to circumstances, we were unable to find another place to stay at. There were no pillow cases on our pillows, burn holes in our beds in smoke free rooms, dirt on the walls in the bathroom and on our last day we had NO hot water. The good part of the hotel was that the pool was nice!

OK FOR THE FLY

Staying at this place was ok. The quality of some of the guests left me nervous of my surroundings but I was able to double lock myself in. Though I had to fight with my door and lift it to get the door locked I was able. My keys didn’t want to work half the time either but the customer service I received from that was great. Cleanliness left me a bit squirmy. I put on a brand new pair of white spa socks and a walk across the room and back they were black on the bottom. The TV had a line through the center where it was broke (worked but broken) If you’re just passing through it would be an ok stay but not for a lengthy trip.

The gentleman at the desk was helpful, finally finding us a room where the door would lock. Door leading to the parking lot was smashed. Someone trying to get in, or more likely trying to get out. Bathroom was filthy. Room smelled terrible due to overuse of air fresheners. I initially chose it because I figured what could be wrong with a motel with the name Ramada. Plenty apparently. Obviously I didn’t go down far enough in the reviews. I’ve been an Expedia customer for years but I’m very disappointed that Expedia would allow such a place to remain in their listing. My suggestion would be that Expedia drop this listing if it wants to keep its customers SAFE and HEALTHY

Good for price

We were looking for a last minute room the night before the eclipse, and this was one of the few places still available. The past reviews were definitely a red flag, but we decided to take a chance on this place. It’s an older motel but it was clean enough. I didn’t smell any stale cigarette smoke as others have mentioned, but it does seem they use fragranced cleaners / air fresheners. There wasn’t a cover on the box spring, which had a couple of old stains. That was gross but not a big deal; I had no reason to touch the box spring anyway. I was afraid there would be bugs (based on past reviews), but we did a thorough check and didn’t see any. Phew. The bathroom has its own heater which was quite nice. We didn’t use the pool. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was fine for the price!

Communication Problems

I stayed at your hotel Friday night and Saturday night. I had paid for the booking through Hotels. Com itinerary #73006825827818. I was checked in and when I looked at the room I asked if he could give me a different room.He did and he put me us room 135. The heat didn't work right it just ran until you shut it off so we either roasted or we're cold. The next morning I spoke with I believe that was his name and I told him this and he said that he would move us to a different room. He did this and it was room#136. We checked out Sunday morning and thanked him for all his help but when we got home we found that we had been charged again for our stay. I have been trying to call but I get no response on any of the phone numbers that are listed. Please cancel this second billing # 407880251 because you were already paid in advance and please call me.

Do not come here. I scheduled this for my son and I as a get away to use the pool and spend the weekend together. Booked nonsmoking king the entire hall and room smells like stale cigarettes, there was burn holes in the carpet and bedding. Dead roaches on the floor by the toilet, surfaces were filthy with a slimy residue and fingerprints. Corners of the room had trash and debris on the floor that hasn’t been vacuumed. The sink had actual stuff inside it obviously not wiped down at all. We didn’t even unpack. We checked out and left. Thank god we only live 15 mins away, will never be back!!!! And while we were leaving the parking lot was dark and there was people yelling at each other in the parking lot

Needs Cleaning & Maintenance

Realizing that this hotel inexpensive, I was not expecting a top tier experience. That being said, I did expect that it would be clean & in good repair. Despite the hotel being non-smoking, the room smelled of old cigarette smoke, and the windows don’t open so you could not let fresh air in. The carpet was stained in multiple places. The parking lot view was marred by the window having condensation in between the window panes. The fan in the heating unit was very loud, so I had to choose between quiet for sleeping or heat. The coffee maker had not been cleaned since its last use. The hotel itself is in need of maintenance & cleaning. The hallways are VERY dark. The clerk was very nice & friendly.

The only thing that was positive is that the property is in a good location. The property is incredibly rundown and dirty. There is trash all over the outside of the building. The indoor pool is not functioning.The restaurant is not open to the public, only available for functions. Our room had towel service for one person, a horrible odor, and there were blood droplets on the comforter and sheets. We were moved to a different room which had a door for an adjoining room that we couldn’t lock so we needed to get the manager to come lock it for us. This room only had one towel also and no coffee for the coffee maker. The smoke alarm went off during the night and then flashed a white light every 10 minutes all night long. In the morning when we brought our bags to the car, the exit door had been propped open to let anybody in from outside. The trash barrels outside the building were overflowing, and there was trash all over the ground. The inside is outdated and very rundown. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

I booked 2 nights and left after 1 night. Room 121. Shower control had no instructions and handle spun aimlessly in circles, eventually fell off. I re-attached and finally found a spot that delivered warm water. Closet door (to hang shirts) did not open - they are bi-fold doors. Standing lamp did not work. After fussing with it, the light bulb flickered, but I could never get the light to stay on. Room 121 had a musty, damp odor. The mattress was well-worn and had a slight sag to it. Breakfast was cold bread or 1/2 bagel....that's it. No fruit, no eggs, Restaurant and bar IS CLOSED. I did not see a fitness room. There is a hot-tub but it did not look inviting and clean. There is an indoor pool, and parents were allowing their children to swim there...I assume it was clean enough. This poor old Ramada is very old and run down. I suppose they generate revenue via their banquet and conference center. I felt sick and nauseous after 1 night, so I left for another hotel.

The good stuff were the bed and mattress were clean and comfortable, toiletries were available in the room. The bad stuff had to do with staffing issues. Around 11pm, one of the staff members entered our room with a master card. When this was presented to the front desk, all we received was “internet was down” and the staff seemed to show no concern about our safety. I had an additional $100 security charge that was charged when I checked in. This is not mentioned in their add on your site. I was told it would be refunded in 2-3 business days, so I am watching my statement. Asked about an ice machine and the staff had no idea what we were asking about. There was no check out invoice provided due to “internet being down”. I was never offered to have an invoice mailed or even emailed to me. There was no continental breakfast served. All that provided for gusts was toast and coffee, I believe, and it was never offered to us at checkout or mentioned at check in, even though it is advertised on your site.

This hotel was totally mis-advertised! Check-in is advertised as 3:00pm...I arrived at 3:30 and my room still was not ready. When I was able to get my room, the maid was STILL cleaning it! The cleanliness was NOT acceptable. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, there was a glob of something smeared on the wall, one of the lamp shades was completely missing, the bathroom fan/vent motor was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to fail at any time, and I reserved a room for two adults, but only one set of towels was available. The temperature control in the room was inefficiently controlled...one moment it was blisteringly hot, the next the unit blew out cold air and it was uncontrollable via the thermostat in the room. The hotel advertised a pool and excellent dining, yet BOTH were totally closed down! After all that, I was STILL required to leave a $100 deposit for "damages that may be incurred!" I will add only two positives...the bed was extremely comfortable(great night's rest) and the shower was phenomenal if you enjoy a hot, heavy water volume! The shower head was perfect for easing tense muscles after a long day and the water temperature was enjoyable at any temperature you desire. I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend this hotel as a stay...long term or overnight though. The appearance this place gives is that it's about to close down!!
