Super station familiale

Les Orres 1800, si vous aimez marcher! Pour rejoindre les Orres 1650 ( vie et animations , patinoire, luge dur rail)et les les Orres 1500 ( pour la piscine municipale avec le plus beau panorama des Orres). Prévoir le parking payant 50€ / semaine car difficile de se garer devant le chalet. Mais nous avons passé un chouette séjour!

Una experiencia para olvidar;

Fue una experiencia horrible, ibamos a llegar tarde al hotel por lo que llamamos al telefono que venia en la reserva y daba como telefono inexistente. Llegamos a las 21:15 y la recepcion estaba cerrada, llamamos al telefono de emergencias del hotel y salia el contestador. Fuimos a la policia y nos aconsejaron que nos buscaramos otro hotel, lo cual fue un gran problema ya que estaban todos los hoteles llenos por el tour de francia. Encontramos otro hotel a duras penas y a un precio mayor, a las 22:35 nos llamaron del hotel para decirnos que nos lo abrian para poder finalmente alojarnos en el, pero ya nos habiamos comprometido y habiamos pagado un segundo hotel. A la mañana siguiente acudimos al hotel a informarnos de lo sucedido, y en el hotel no sabian ni quienes eramos, ni que habitacion nos correspondia, por lo tanto no nos pudimos alojar esa "segunda primera" noche, por lo que decidimos continuar otra noche mas en el segundo hotel. Por lo tanto estamos reclamando las dos noches de alojamiento ya pagadas por adelantado mas la diferencia de precio con el otro hotel, aparte de las molestias ocasionadas y la perdida de uno de los dias de vacaciones el cual tuvimos que dedicarlo a intentar solucionar lo sucedido (sin ningun exito).

Residence correcte

Bon séjour dans cette résidence. Accueil parfait , logement plus que correct et bien placé. Le seul point à améliorer concerne le Jacuzzi et le sauna bondé avec une eau froide pour le jacuzzi.

Agréable séjour. Personnel et direction au top

J'étais réticente au vu des commentaires sur l'établissement , et je ne regrette pas mon choix bien au contraire . Le personnel et la direction sont à l'écoute des clients , faisant au mieux pour satisfaire leurs demandes . Rien à redire , notre appartement dans le Bâtiment D était propre , agréable , très bien disposé avec de belles commodités. Bref à recommander .

Bel hôtel

L'appart/hôtel est bien situé dans la station. L'appart. est grand pour 4 pers. La piscine et le jacuzzi situés dans l'hôtel sont bienvenus. Petit bémol : justement la piscine et le jacuzzi n'étaient pas chauffés !! Bon séjour.

Très bon séjour en famille

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel a la réception est très très agréable. Ils sont disponible et de très bon conseil... Le seul bémol le matelas du clic clac trop trop souple...l'espace détente est très agréable et très bien entretenu . Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour en famille

Plus de 1h pour check in car le personnel ne trouvaient pas notre inscription... plus de 1h pour check out car le personnel ne trouvaient pas notre caution CB... entre temps, une chambre fonctionnelle, bien placée, mais très très sale voire dégueulasse et pas entretenue. La piscine très sale également. Jacuzzi "en panne".

A ameliorer la atention sur les details

Surtout, SVP avoir mis plus d'attention à donner le code d'accès aux cles pour les arrives tardives... Nous avons dépensé 1 heure à chercher s'il y avait d'autres coffres en raison de code erroné qui nous avait donné. seraient bien d'avisér directament avec le telephone d'urgence quand ils sont en retard, ce que on a trouvé par la suite sur un fenetre sur un morceau de papier. Un examen aussi doive etre sur le mauvais état de certains meubles et de l'équipement (poignée réfrigérateur cassée, boutons lave-vaisselle cassés, la porte d'armoires de cuisine arrachee). le lit double était pas trop mal. lits superposés ont un matelas de plage très basique. Sinon, l'etat de lieu a été rapide et nous ne avons pas eu un problème pour tous ceux qui été en état de délabrement.
