"We've stayed in 9 different hotels/short-term rentals in the last 3 weeks & this was by far the best! Extremely clean. Helpful friendly staff. Creative, unusual amenities (a relaxing lounge with games, hot & cold drinks, soft music, tv, comfy furniture. Pretty private outdoor spaces to gather. Free admission to amazing mini-golf across the street.) One block to the shore. Close to restaurants. If you're in Parksville, this is the place to stay."

"Rooms were spacious. We had a balcony which was nice. On site restaurant was really good as well. Limited underground parking."

"Stayed there for 2 nights. Blankets and mattress covers were dirty, and we were given dirty ones to replace them with. We discovered an ant infestation and were offered a late check out or a coffee in return. (Definitely didnt want to stay in the room any longer, so declined) Emailed about the issues and never got a reply. "

"If there's no ocean in front of the hotel, I wouldn't stay here again. The towel was not white, I know it's a coloured towel but sorry I didn't like using it. The light bulb was not replaced and different size/colours were used, a lot of do-this and not-to-do-this in the instruction which I wasn't comfortable at all. I didn't leave any dishes unwashed, but felt a lot of pressure to stay there and when check out. Luckily my patio was private but if it's not like others commented, I would be more uncomfortable."

"Property was clean, room was small but sufficient. I would stay there again."

"Views to die for, great amenities, comfortable bed, lovely property. Only drawback is the noise. Sounded like someone was stomping through the floor and water pipe ticked loudly. I put in my earplugs and that helped a lot. Appreciated the dog bowls and treats!"

"Pool was closed, dishes were not washed, and there was ants. "

"The views were nice at sunset. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous, good food. Will come back again."
