ダブルブッキングではなかったか？と疑問

連泊した1泊目（2016.6.6）の部屋がレセプションのすぐ横だった。価格の割には貧相だった。オーナーは「満室だから、明日は2階の山が見えるビュー部屋にします」とのこと。翌日6.7と翌々日6.9は明らかに違いシャワー設備もテーブルや椅子などがお客様対応然としていた。チェックアウト時に抗議したが、フルだっただけというが、マネージャー以外のスタッフルームではなかったか？と今でも疑問です。ホテル入口からすぐの角部屋で、レースカーテンがないため人の往来から丸見えとなる。つまりいつも暗い。

Felt like a beggar asking for breakfast

Hotel experience was the worst in my vast travel experience. Who wd call this three star? Five out of six days hot water had to be asked for bath which came in bucket because hotel did not want to turn on the boiler for lack of guests. Since we were the only guest on the second day the cook said well send breakfast to the room. So you had aloo purie and curd. Third day same. Fourth day there was some group so when at 9 a.m. we said send the bf, we were told, come to dining hall as we have group. Thus we became second class citizens to a group . On fifth day we said we will come down so we get variety. The answer was for one room we cant lay different things. On the sixth day we got cabbage and plain parantha and four small apples.I asked for a knife to cut the apples which obviously had spoilt portions and bang came one foot long kitchen knife used to cut onions and potatoes . The manager is a witness to this long smelly knife episode and he said he was ashamed. Thus overall the hotel experience was rotten. I regret paying this amount. A guest house at less than half this rate would have served us better and happily. Maybe we did not take other services from hotel like taxi or dinner so we were quickly discarded. Overall pl check hotel services. It is nowhere near three star. Because they have assured group bookings, they take independant travellers like us as useless.
