"Reception staff very friendly! We didn’t use the dining facilities but there was a restaurant. Clean and comfortable room and bed. This hotel is perfect if you want photos of the green fields in front of Mont St Michel as it is directly across the road. I was lucky enough to see the farmer herding his sheep early in the morning and got some great photos (both with and without the sheep). We had a very early morning checkout the next day at 4 am and the kind lady at the desk made sure we had the shuttle to take us back to the parking area and it definitely arrived on time in the pitch dark of the night to take us there! "The hotel is an historic building (16th century), so the room was small and quaint, and had staircase access even with a small elevator. The step-up bathroom was fully modernized. "This was our first time in Mont St Michel. This hotel is located right off the Main Street near the entrance. It was easy to find. Staff was very helpful since you have to park your car off the site and then take a shuttle bus. Staff helped us to navigate that. The stairs were narrow as expected so travel light is the key. Rooms are comfortable. "

Although we got in too late to book time at the hot tub, we did get to enjoy a lovely afternoon in the conservatory. We also ordered coffee for room service and it was delightful!"
