Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Die z.Zt. stattfindenden Bauarbeiten im Hotel und rundum sind kein schöner Anblick. Das vom Hotel gewünschte Ausfüllen des Online-Check-In-Formulars empfanden wir als Negativ, da eine Rezeption vor Ort vorhanden ist.

Les abords de l'établissement et l'allure générale extérieure ne sont pas extraordinaires, mais l'intérieur est dans un état tout à fait correct. Pas de wifi dans le studio, seulement dans la salle du petit déjeuner, c'est un problème si on reste longtemps. Ouvert 24h/24.

Hôtel bien situé. Demanderai un petit rafraîchissement. L’insonorisation est d’époque. Pas trop de bruits côté boulevard, étant un peu éloigné. Côté gare sncf….je ne sais pas. Mais dans l’ensemble séjour correct.

L’hôtel est beaucoup mieux que ce que peuvent faire penser les photos. Calme, facilité de stationnement, bon mobilier, propre. Changez les photos qui ne flattent pas l’hôtel, alors que l’on y est très bien.

Résidence hôtelière située idéalement à proximité de tous les services et transports en centre ville. Le voyageur recherchant avant tout la commodité d'accès et le confort sera satisfait ; en revanche le cadre environnant n'offre pas de vue pittoresque, le cadre est radicalement urbain. Bémol : promesse d'une kitchenette équipée non tenue : pas de vaisselle.

Correct

Hotel vétuste, propreté à revoir et wifi fonctionne plus que mal (codes non donnés à l'érrivée, nous avons du les demander). Literie est plutôt confortable mais oreillers trop fins, nous avons du en demander 2 de plus. Nous avons opté pour cette résidence car plus beaucoup de dispos pour le we de l'ascension et pour la cuisine puisque les restaurants sont fermés. Peu de couverts et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Dommage car bien placé et personnel sympathique.

L'accueil de la résidence est celui du Kyriad donc pas forcément évident. Puis l'entrée de la résidence elle même est mal indiqué. Sinon chambre propre et personnels arrangeant :)

Hotel très agréable, très bien situé.

Très bon accueil. Parking gratuit très appréciable. Chambre très confortable, propre. Frigo un peu bruyant la nuit sinon tout est parfait. Hotel très bien situé pour la proximité des Docks Vauban et de la Transat Jacques Vabre, but de notre séjour.

C'est un petit studio avec tout ce qu'il faut dedans. En revanche l'intérieur du bâtiment est assez vieux pour monter dans les étage, une odeur ps très agréable. Même da's le studio les placard est le matériel mis à dispo date un peu.

Etar général assez bon. Assez proche du centre-ville et des docks La cuisine n'était pas assez propre et n'a pas lumière, y compris celle de la hôte qui ne fonctionnait pas. Fenêtres donnant sur l'arrière-cuisine de McDo.
