"Jean-Francois was the epitome of the perfect host. Dinner & breakfast were gourmet delights. Our room was fabulous & the grounds were stunning. Everything exceeded our expectations & we will definitely be back."

"Clean and spacious. We stayed over for one night while travelling south. The reception team were kind and welcoming even in the middle of the night. The hotel was clean and welcoming and we left the next day feeling there was more to come back and see."

"Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent.

"A perfect location. Attention to detail in every way throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone. Will certainly return to stay again"

"Incredible! What a wonderful place, Adrien keeps the place immaculate. Our room ‘Rollon’ was beautiful- so charming. We cannot wait to come back in the future- ‘hidden gem’ is used so frequently but this is the definition of the phrase!"
