"The property is beautifully maintained and right across the street from the large Luxembourg Park. It is situated in a safe neighborhood with many walkable dinning and attraction options. "Perfectly calm location close to major places of interests, restaurants, tourist sites, Metro the Seine river, etc. It's got an old school Paris charming atmosphere, with a fairly high price, but basically very good value for money considering other options and areas.
