They should not put anyone in rooms next to the stairways unless you like bone jarring door slamming at all hours of the night and day.

Monique, We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We were able to honor your request for a 4th floor room however you booked a very specific room type which is located at the stairwell on all floors. The hotel was also sold out and not able to make any changes to room types. You're always welcome to call the hotel and find out the details of your room so we can try our best to honor all the requests you may have

We were told pets shouldn't be an issue before booking. We then got there and left to attend a wedding, we received a call that said that we should not have pets in our room. We agreed to come and get the pets and leave the hotel that night to avoid any issues, but then we were threatened that our pets would be taken away and law enforcement would be called. After having the cops called and leaving, which we were en route to do anyway, we were then charged a overnight pet fee of 300 dollars, even though we were not allowed to stay for the night anyway. The manager or whomever was working was extremely rude and came off as very hateful and would not let us grab our dogs and luggage and leave without involving law enforcement. Will not be staying here ever again.

Jeriah, You booked your reservation through the 3rd party website Expedia which clearly states the hotel is not pet friendly. You were aware of this policy when you arrived which is why the pets were snuck into the hotel via a side entrance. After checking in early, you left the three dogs in the room alone from approximately 3pm-11pm. The hotel reached out to you on several occasions because the dogs were creating a large disturbance by barking constantly. While reaching out to you, you claimed there weren't any pets in the room that you had accidentally left the TV on when you left for the wedding you were attending. The disturbances from other guests were reported by several guests on the 2nd floor where your room was located along with rooms on the 3rd floor above your room. Upon your return to the hotel, you were seen on our surveillance cameras sneaking the three dogs back out the side door. You were asked to leave the hotel for breaking a hotel policy and creating a disturbance for numerous guests at the hotel.

Expensive but clean, nice big room and bed. Only here one night so didnt use the many amenities there were. Good restaurant right next door!

TOTALLY DIS-SATISFIED! I had to cancel my reservation made thru hotels.com. The info stated on the site "cancel by 6PM" the day before the stay. I started trying to do that at 5:40PM - long story, but it was about 6:05 when I was able to speak to someone (after not being able to cancel online and having a virtual assistant problem. Hotel.com then said they would call Holiday Inn Express to see if they would allow the cancellation since it was after 6PM. They would not. I had already called the hotel at 5:45 and was told to go thru Hotels.com. After being told they refused to allow the cancellation, i called the hotel again and was told the policy was a 4PM cutoff. I explained the reservation showed it as 6Pm and explained all the above - AND THEY STILL DENIED THE CANCELLATION. I am now appealing thru my credit card company. I WILL NOT EVER STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN (IGH HOTEL) and will not book thru Hotels.com ever again as well. Totally unreasonable.

Family wedding in a nearby town. Most of my family also stayed at the hotel. The accommodations were nice. Breakfast was great!

The property was clean, staff friendly, close to highway, and eating options were close by. I didn’t know you had to request for your room to be clean or fresh towels. I thought this was automatic.

When I checked in i was charged more that what was reservied. Never explained that there was a 20 added to the bill that would fall off. Not explained until I called after getting the website to check price. I think expensive for the area, and will not come back. On the good side the breakfest was good.

These funds are meant for you if decide to make any additional purchases during your stay. This authorization does fall off if these funds are not needed and releases back to your bank account. This is a standard practice at all hotels the total does vary from hotel to hotel. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us again if your travels bring you, our direction.
