We stayed here because it meet our needs for over night The experience was fine enough. We liked the free breakfast and actually variety choices. Staff were friendly and sweet. We didn’t really use any of the pool area or the fitness center for we were basically in late out fairly early. Overall it was fine for us and would stay there again .

I like that the two ladies working the desk on evening shift were so very helpful and kind when we encountered a small medical situation. The lady who handled the breakfast every morning was also very kind, and kept the serving containers well stocked. Food was delicious. Disappointed that the hot tub was not available, but not enough so that we would not come back. We enjoyed our stay, and will stay again when we come back to Laurel.

Quickly needed a room for overnight stay Romm was very nice. Only issue was when taking a shower the tub floor gets very slippery, but the solution was to place a towel on the floor. Real good morning breakfast to get you going on the road. Overall a good experience.

Room was ok except coffeemaker didn't work, shower door was off and wouldn't close. Pool had issues everyone had red eyes and skin irritations. From what we were told by other people after swimming is that they had complained the night before (Friday) and we didn't swim until Saturday evening. After we complained they said they closed the pool. Lots of issues with the kids and their eyes I'm glad we didn't have to play softball on Sunday because several of the kids wouldn't have been able to play.

Quiet and peaceful, very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Arrived around 7:30 PM with a hungry teenage boy; staff directed us to a Buffalo Wild Wings just out the back door. We walked over, got our order and back to our room in just a few minutes, and the food was fresh, hot and good.

Mediocrity
The person at the front desk wasn't rude, but certainly didnt seem to love her job. The bathroom in our room was quite dirty; the tub didn't look like it had been cleaned (there was hair around the tub), and the floor was dirty. It's sad that we had to settle for that level of uncleanness because telling the front desk would require us to change rooms which would be a lot of effort, and who knows what the next room might be like. This is what it has come to when you stay at most hotels! Housekeepers get paid lousy money; it's terrible work, and they aren't allowed enough time to clean each room, so we are forced to settle for mediocrity! Breakfast was okay, but most of the hot food, wasn't hot!

This hotel proved to be the perfect stay for our geneology quest in the area. We were very comfortable and were located right on the main roads. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good breakfast every morning and cookies for the afternoon return. There is a nice fitness room and a great indoor pool. We were there one week and will stay again when we return.

When we showed up we were told pets were not allowed. Even when you googled it clearly state they are. We stayed at three Holiday inn Express & Suites with no issues. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. :@(
