"May 1st and 2nd they had very loud music broadcast from across the street until 12:30 Friday night and 1:00 Saturday. It was the extremely loud repetitive bass type that shook the room. it was room 646. (Friday evening I asked at the front desk about when we could expect it to quit, they told us 10:00.) When I called them at 11:30, they said they couldn’t do anything about it And that if I wanted to tell anybody else it would have to be the Laughlin Police Department, so tough luck. Other than that the hotel was as expected."

"The hidden fees are frustrating"

"Staff was great, friendly and explained things well. Not very clean in the room (spots on every mirror), no debris on floor but not clean, couple of bugs, smells musty, fridge was packed with ice and noisy (I turned it down and it defrosted and more than filled the ice bucket with water). Coffee was fine in the morning. "
